Changes in Style, Size, and Photo
Once your order is placed, you accept and understand that it is a custom-made product that immediately goes into production, and there is no window for further changes.
Address Changes
If you would like to change the delivery address, please email us with your order number, the current delivery address, and the address you wish to change it to. We can change the address as long as your order has not yet left our company.
Damaged/Unprinted Items
If the product arrives damaged, we will reprint the item and send it to you free of charge. Contact us with a photo of your item and the order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days. If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, we offer a free reprint. Please fill out our contact form and attach a photo of your item with a description of the problem and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you. Returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Damaged or unprinted items can only be replaced within 3 months of your original order date. After this 3-month period, Lynn london is not responsible for replacing damaged or incorrectly printed items. Please note: The design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and sent to you, Lynn london is not responsible for replacing these items.
Product Image Disclaimer
While we strive to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that each photo in production will match the actual color of the product due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us if you have questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are happy to replace the package and ensure your order reaches you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before issuing a refund in case the package still finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will stay in regular contact with you over the two weeks to track the progress of your order and provide you with accurate updates.
Cancellations/Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing the order, as our production time is 1 day. Cancellations within the specified period will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are unique and specially made for you, a customization fee of €9 per item is included in your purchase. If you cancel your order more than 3 hours after purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the €9 customization fee.
